Marketing Digital Marketing Manager at TrustYou

Digital marketer owns technical SEO, CMS migration, schema optimization, and AEO strategy while leveraging AI tools to scale content and measurement.

Mid Posted about 22 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the role

You’ll be the only Digital Marketer on the team, with full ownership of website migration, schema architecture, AEO strategy, and the technical site layer. You’ll work alongside a Designer and our Marketing Ops Manager, and you’ll partner directly with the Head of Marketing on roadmap.

This is a high-autonomy role. You’ll set the strategy, ship the work, and own the outcomes.

What you’ll do……

  • Own the WordPress → HubSpot CMS migration end-to-end — redirect strategy, URL architecture, link-equity preservation, technical QA, post-launch monitoring

  • Design and implement schema markup and structured data to maximize visibility in both Google SERPs and LLM answer engines

  • Define and execute our AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategy — structure content so Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Claude cite TrustYou as the authoritative source for hospitality software

  • Optimize Core Web Vitals, site architecture, internal linking, sitemap, and robots.txt management

  • Maintain and extend HubSpot CMS modules, templates, and theme tokens, building on the 2026 modular brand system

  • Build measurement infrastructure in GA4 + Looker that connects technical SEO performance to pipeline and revenue

  • Work with Claude AI agents for content generation, technical audits, and schema generation — we expect you to leverage AI to multiply your output

  • Edit and direct SEO content production, partnering with marketing leadership on editorial calendar

  • Run targeted CRO and A/B testing on conversion-critical pages (pricing, demo request, content-gated assets)

You are a perfect fit, if you have…

  • 3–5+ years in technical SEO + web marketing — deep, hands-on, demonstrable. Not “I managed an SEO agency.”

  • Direct experience with a WordPress → HubSpot CMS migration (or a comparable enterprise CMS migration) end-to-end. You know where redirects fail, what URL structures break, how to preserve link equity.

  • HubSpot CMS expertise — modules, templates, HubL, theme tokens

  • Strong fluency in schema markup, structured data, Core Web Vitals, redirect strategy, internal linking architecture

  • Understanding of AEO / LLM-search optimization — how Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude surface answers, and how to structure content for citation

  • GA4 + Looker for measurement; you can connect SEO performance to funnel and revenue, not just rankings

  • SEO content sense — can write or strongly edit. You don’t need to be a copywriter, but you know good SEO content from bad.

  • Active fluency with AI tools — you’re already using Claude or comparable AI agents in your day-to-day work

  • Strong English communication, written and verbal

Nice-to-haves…..

  • CRO instincts on landing pages and conversion paths

  • Familiarity with Looker Studio dashboards in a marketing context

  • Experience with paid advertising (Google ads, LinkedIn)

  • Hospitality tech experience

About you……

  • You’re comfortable being the only owner of a technical layer — you don’t need a team beneath you to ship

  • You execute independently and don’t need micromanagement

  • You communicate clearly across functions — sales, marketing, product

  • You favor quality over throughput — you’d rather ship one great migration than ten rushed redirects

And most importantly, what’s in it for you…

  • Competitive salary

  • Direct partnership with the Head of Marketing — a strategic seat, not a buried execution role

  • A team deeply invested in AI-augmented marketing workflows — you’ll work alongside Claude agents, not against them

  • Real ownership: this role defines TrustYou’s organic visibility for the next three years

About TrustYou

TrustYou is a leading AI-driven hospitality platform dedicated to transforming guest experiences and empowering businesses to thrive. With a multicultural team of over 120 professionals working remotely across the globe, we help companies grow by achieving customer excellence.

If we decide to move forward, you’ll meet with additional team members and discuss your approach to content, collaboration, and execution. Final candidates may be asked to complete a short exercise to walk through how they would approach a real-world content scenario.

The final stage for successful candidates will be a case study/presentation challenge, where you’ll walk us through how you’d approach a real-world customer support scenario. This will be followed by a conversation with a team member and will take no longer than 1–2 hours in total.

Marketing Digital Comms & Content Manager at Multiverse

Develops and executes digital content and social media strategy across channels, manages SEO/AEO efforts, and leads Multiverse's online reputation and web presence.

Mid Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.

We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that’s transforming today’s workforce.

Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.

In June 2022, we announced a $220 million Series D funding round co-led by StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. With a post-money valuation of $1.7bn, the round makes us the UK’s first EdTech unicorn.

But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.

Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.

The Opportunity

As our Digital Comms & Content Manager, you’ll own how Multiverse shows up online — across social, search, and the fast-emerging landscape of AI-generated information. That means building a consistent drumbeat of content that tells real learner and employer stories, leading our SEO and AEO strategy, and making sure that when someone searches for Multiverse — or asks an AI about us — they find an accurate picture of the quality of what we do. This isn’t a scheduling role. You’ll build the strategy, own the channels, and bring sharp recommendations to senior leadership with the same confidence you bring to finding the human moment in a learner outcome.

Once you’re here, you will:

  • Build and maintain a consistent drumbeat of positive, engaging content across Multiverse’s social channels, telling the stories of the learners, employers and apprentices whose careers and businesses are being transformed by a different approach to skill development

  • Develop and execute a strategy for how Multiverse shows up on the platforms where our learners and employer partners share their experiences, shaping how we respond, how we generate authentic advocacy, and how we ensure our reputation reflects the quality of the work we do

  • Own light-touch management of Multiverse’s web presence, keeping key pages accurate and compelling, identifying opportunities for elevating confidence, and coordinating updates with the Brand and Tech teams

  • Lead our approach to SEO and AEO, identifying narrative gaps online and building the content and optimisation strategy that means people find the real Multiverse when they go looking - whether through traditional search or AI

  • Own our presence in AI-generated responses: develop and execute a structured AIO strategy to ensure Multiverse is accurately represented in key tools and AI Overviews - including the structured content, authoritative sourcing, and entity-building work that shapes how LLMs understand and describe us

  • Expected time split is 60% social, 15% SEO and 25% web.

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Comms Team and Brand Director to ensure digital content lands in the right moment, tied to wider campaigns and policy milestones

  • Bring strategic recommendations to our senior leadership team with the same confidence you bring to creating a piece of content, as comfortable in a C-suite conversation as you are behind a camera with a learner

About you:

  • You embody the mission. You equip workers to win in the AI era, and that comes through in the content you make

  • You have hands-on experience managing social channels at an organisational level.

  • You know the difference between a content calendar and a content strategy, and you’ve built both

  • You’re a strong, instinctive writer and storyteller, able to find the human moment in a dataset and turn a learner outcome into content that actually moves people

  • You’re fluent in AI tools and use them to work faster and think bigger, but you apply strong human judgement to everything you publish and understand the difference between AI-assisted and AI-dependent

  • You’ve worked on SEO meaningfully: you know your way around tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs and can turn search data into editorial priorities

  • You understand how reputation is built across the full digital picture, not just social, but search results, third-party platforms, and the emerging landscape of AI-generated information

  • You’re operationally confident on the web side, comfortable working with CMS tools (detailed Webflow experience is a plus) and coordinating page updates without needing to be a developer

  • You’re proactive and self-directed: you see a gap in how we’re showing up and you close it

  • You thrive in networked organisations, collaborating with talented colleagues across Marketing, Product, and People teams.

  • You’re genuinely curious about the future of agentic AI and what it means for how websites are built, maintained, and experienced.

Benefits

  • Time off - 27 days holiday, plus 5 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days, 2 company-wide wellbeing days (M-Powered Weekend) and 8 bank holidays per year

  • Health & Wellness- private medical Insurance with Bupa, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Wellhub and access to Spill - all in one mental health support

  • Hybrid work offering - for most roles we collaborate in the office three days per week with the exception of Coaches and Instructors who collaborate in the office once a month

  • Work-from-anywhere scheme- you’ll have the opportunity to work from anywhere, up to 10 days per year

  • Space to connect: Beyond the desk, we make time for weekly catch-ups, seasonal celebrations, and have a kitchen that’s always stocked!

Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

We’re an equal opportunities employer. And proud of it. Every applicant and employee is afforded the same opportunities regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status. This will never change. Read our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion policy here.

Our Commitment to Safeguarding

Multiverse is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our learners. We expect all employees to share this commitment and adhere to our Safeguarding Policy, our Prevent Policy and all other Multiverse company policies. Successful applicants will be required to undertake at least a Basic check via the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS).

For roles that will involve a Regulated Activity, successful applicants must also undergo an Enhanced DBS check, including a Children’s Barred List check and a Prohibition Order check. Roles involving Regulated Activity may interact with vulnerable groups, therefore are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 meaning applicants are required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands, and final warnings.

Providing false information is an offence and could result in the application being rejected or summary dismissal if the applicant has been selected, and possible referral to the police and the DBS.

Marketing Social Creative Lead Real Time & Reactive

Creates and publishes real-time social media content for Airbnb, monitoring culture and trends to identify timely brand opportunities across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Mid Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteOK Dev
What this role involves
Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.

The Community You Will Join

This Creative Lead will report to the Director, Social Creative and work PST hours. They will be part of a fast-moving, multidisciplinary team focused on real-time storytelling—listening, responding, and creating in culture as it happens.

Airbnb is looking for a social-native creative leader who thrives in speed, ambiguity, and cultural relevance. This role sits within our internal Creative Team, partnering across disciplines and functions to deliver ideas that show up in the world in real time—not weeks later.

This is a role for someone who is as comfortable publishing something scrappy in an hour as they are shaping larger creative directions.

The Difference You Will Make

Our ideal candidate lives at the intersection of culture, community, and content. They have strong instincts for what matters right now, why it matters, and whether a brand should participate at all.

They are constantly observing, synthesizing, and identifying opportunities to show up in ways that feel timely, additive, and distinctly Airbnb.

They understand that reactive work isn’t just fast—it requires:

  • Strong creative judgment
  • A clear brand POV
  • Confidence in making decisions with incomplete information

They’ve created social content for global brands that has driven real-time engagement, conversation, and cultural relevance, not just impressions.

They are deeply fluent in platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube—but more importantly, understand how behavior, tone, and expectations shift in real time across each.

A Typical Day

  • Monitor culture, conversation, and platform trends to identify real-time opportunities for Airbnb to show up
  • Concept, create, and publish content quickly—often within hours, not days
  • Shoot, edit, write, and produce scrappy content when needed; lead others to do the same when scale is required
  • Partner with social, brand, comms, and legal teams to move ideas from concept to live execution بسرعة and responsibly
  • Balance speed with judgment—knowing when to act fast, when to elevate, and when to hold
  • Collaborate with creators, agencies, and internal teams to extend reactive ideas into broader moments when appropriate
  • Help define workflows and guardrails that enable fast, high-quality output without unnecessary friction
  • Mentor team members on craft, taste, and decision-making in fast-moving environments

Your Expertise

  • Significant experience creating real-time or reactive social content for brands or media platforms
  • A strong track record of work that tapped into culture and drove immediate engagement and conversation
  • Deep understanding of platform dynamics, trends, and algorithmic behavior—especially short-form video and feed-based environments
  • Proven ability to make and publish content quickly, with strong instincts for tone, voice, and relevance
  • Experience co-creating with creators, influencers, or talent in fast-moving environments
  • Ability to balance brand integrity with cultural participation—knowing how to show up without forcing relevance
  • Experience working cross-functionally with brand, marketing, and communications teams in high-velocity settings
  • Strong creative instincts across writing, video, and visual storytelling
  • Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills under tight timelines
  • A collaborative, “yes, and” mindset with the ability to build on ideas in real time
