Support Senior Manager Strategic Customer Success

Leads a strategic customer success team, builds playbooks for enterprise accounts, and coaches CSMs to deliver consultative outcomes-driven partnerships.

Lead Hybrid Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteOK Dev
What this role involves

Superhuman offers a dynamic hybrid model, and candidates in this role can be based remotely. You may be expected to travel to meet in person during your team’s scheduled collaboration weeks. Managers will determine in-person time according to business needs.

About Superhuman

Grammarly is now part of Superhuman, the AI productivity platform on a mission to unlock the superhuman potential in everyone. The Superhuman suite of apps and agents brings AI wherever people work, integrating with over 1 million applications and websites. The company’s products include Grammarly’s writing assistance, Coda’s collaborative workspaces, Mail’s inbox management, and Go, the proactive AI assistant that understands context and delivers help automatically. Founded in 2009, Superhuman empowers over 40 million people, 50,000 organizations, and 3,000 educational institutions worldwide to eliminate busywork and focus on what matters. Learn more at superhuman.com and about our values here.

The Opportunity

Superhuman is evolving from a beloved single product into a full AI productivity suite, and our most strategic accounts are where that transformation gets proven out. As the leader of this team, your mission isn't to manage accounts; it's to build and lead a team of Strategic CSMs who do, and to set the standard for what consultative, outcomes-driven customer partnership looks like at Superhuman.

This is not a role for someone who inherits a mature motion and optimizes it. The playbooks for what great enterprise success looks like across Mail, Go, Docs, and Agents are still being written. You and your team is where Superhuman figures that out. The patterns you validate and the programs you build will become the foundation for how Superhuman delivers strategic CS at scale.

In this role, you will:

  • Build, lead, and develop a team of Strategic CSMs. Setting a high bar for consultative depth, account health, and measurable outcomes, and actively developing your team's ability to meet it

  • Design and own the high-touch success program for Superhuman's most strategic accounts: the frameworks, playbooks, and engagement models that ensure customers have the right expectations for what Superhuman can do, and that your team is the reason those expectations are met

  • Develop your CSMs into genuine consultative partners — coaching them to navigate change management, set accurate expectations, and help customers rethink how they work across a multi-product suite

  • Build and maintain executive relationships at key strategic accounts, serving as the escalation point and senior thought partner when the stakes are highest

  • Define the metrics that matter across multi-product adoption, net revenue retention, and health scores, and build the operating cadence and accountability frameworks to track and improve them across the portfolio

  • Be the primary voice for what strategic customers need from the product: synthesizing your team's account-level insights into clear, prioritized feedback that shapes Superhuman's roadmap, particularly for Agents and Go

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Partnerships to ensure a unified customer experience from pre-sale through expansion, and to remove the organizational friction that holds accounts back

  • Drive adoption of AI tools and workflows across your team, improving how CSMs prioritize accounts, surface risks, and free up time for the high-touch work that actually moves relationships forward

  • Experiment deliberately: test new models for how strategic CS is delivered, document what works, and build toward a repeatable motion that can scale beyond the strategic tier

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a track record of building and scaling high-performing CS teams from scratch, not just optimizing an inherited operation. Creating clear operating cadences, performance frameworks, and a culture of accountability

  • Knows what great consultative customer success looks like and can develop that capability in others: coaching CSMs to set accurate expectations, uncover customer goals, and drive results even when the path isn't obvious

  • Has built teams that show up as credible, strategic partners at the executive level, and can coach CSMs to earn that trust and navigate the change management complexity that comes with displacing deeply embedded tools

  • Develops people intentionally: invests in each CSM's growth, gives direct feedback, and creates the conditions for the team to do the best work of their careers

  • Operates in both modes: visionary and executional. You can zoom out and design the system, and zoom in when the work calls for it, and know when each is needed

  • Brings a builder's mindset: creates structure and rigor in a fast-moving environment without needing a mature operation to inherit, and is energized by figuring out what "great" looks like before it's been defined

  • Is deeply AI-fluent: uses AI in their own work, has a clear point of view on where it should augment versus step back in the customer relationship, and can drive meaningful adoption of AI-augmented workflows across the team

  • Can synthesize quantitative and qualitative signals, from adoption metrics and health scores to account-level feedback. Converting these insights into decisions and product advocacy that are clear, timely, and grounded

Compensation and Benefits

Superhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing the following and more:

  • Excellent health care (including a wide range of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits)

  • Disability and life insurance options

  • 401(k) and RRSP matching

  • Paid parental leave

  • 20 days of paid time off per year, 12 days of paid holidays per year, two floating holidays per year, and flexible sick time

  • Generous stipends (including those for caregiving, pet care, wellness, your home office, and more)

  • Annual professional development budget and opportunities

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, so base pay may vary by location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. In Canada, all locations where we support employment are considered “Zone 1”.

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected “On Target Earnings” (OTE) for this role are outlined and may be modified in the future. The commission portion for this role will be 20% of the On-Target Earnings (OTE).

For more information about our compensation zones and locations where we currently support employment, please refer to this page. If a location of interest is not listed, please speak with a recruiter for additional information.

We encourage you to apply

At Superhuman, we value our differences, and we encourage all to apply—especially those whose identities are traditionally underrepresented in tech organizations. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, ancestry, national origin, citizenship, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, political belief, or any other characteristic protected by law. Project Management Lead Services Program Manager at NiCE

Lead Professional Services program delivery across partner ecosystem, manage partner certification and methodology, and own PS sales for Essentials portfolio.

Lead Posted about 20 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.

NiCE Actimize is seeking a commercially sharp, senior-level Lead Services Program Manager to join the Cloud Professional Services team. Despite the individual contributor designation, this is a high-influence role with direct exposure to executive leadership, cross-functional ownership, and a mandate to shape how Actimize scales its AI-powered financial crime solutions through the partner channel.

Why this role, why now: Growing our partner delivery ecosystem is one of Actimize’s highest-priority strategic initiatives. This person will define how partners deliver our AI-powered solutions, enable them to meet our quality bar, and ensure the program scales effectively as more partners are onboarded. The work carries executive visibility and has a direct impact on Actimize’s ability to grow through the channel.

The role carries three responsibilities in priority order: leading PS’s contribution to the Partner Program, owning Professional Services sales for the Essentials portfolio, and program managing one or two critical internal initiatives. These responsibilities are distinct and clearly prioritized - this is not a role where everything is equally urgent.

How will you make an impact?

Partner Program Support

Act as the PS representative to the NiCE Actimize Partner Program, supporting three ongoing workstreams as the partner ecosystem scales:

  • Enable the partner certification program - work with the Education team to ensure the right training content is available for each partner track, and keep course offerings current as the program evolves.
  • Own and evolve the Partner Delivery Methodology - maintain the PS delivery framework for AI-powered financial crime solutions, update RACI and handoff documentation, and incorporate learnings as additional partners enter the program.
  • Support active partner delivery engagements - serve as the PS point of contact for partners in the pilot and onboarding phases, resolving delivery issues and feeding lessons learned back into program materials.

PS Sales - Essentials Portfolio

  • Own the end-to-end Professional Services sales motion for the Essentials product line, from opportunity qualification through contract execution.
  • Develop, negotiate, and finalize Statements of Work (SOWs), project estimates, and service proposals in collaboration with sales, legal, and delivery teams.
  • Serve as the PS subject matter expert in pre-sales conversations - scoping engagements, defining delivery models, and setting client expectations.
  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure PS is positioned early and consistently in the Essentials sales cycle.
  • Maintain pipeline visibility; track bookings, forecasts, and conversion rates.
  • Continuously refine SOW templates, pricing models, and scoping methodologies.

Program Management - Strategic Initiatives

  • Act as Program Manager for one or two high-priority internal initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
  • Define scope, milestones, resource plans, risk registers, and escalation paths.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and communicate program status proactively to executive sponsors.

Education & Experience

  • 7+ years in professional services or implementation roles delivering financial crime compliance solutions (AML, fraud, transaction monitoring, or similar platforms). Hands-on Actimize implementation experience is a strong advantage.
  • Comfort working with AI/ML-based products and communicating their value and delivery requirements to both technical and business audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience authoring and negotiating SOWs, MSAs, and professional services agreements.
  • Strong program management fundamentals - structured, disciplined, able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Commercially minded: understands PS margin, pipeline health, and how services revenue connects to business outcomes.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills - written, verbal, and visual. Able to command a room and influence decisions at C-level.
  • BA/BSc in a relevant field required. Fluent spoken and written English.

Preferred

  • Experience with partner program design, channel enablement, or partner delivery coordination.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-based solution delivery - understanding model lifecycle, data dependencies, or analytics-driven implementations.
  • Familiarity with cloud-delivered and SaaS hybrid delivery models.
  • Prior experience working with or enabling global system integrators or advisory partners.

Inter-Personal Skills

  • Self-starter who takes ownership and runs with it - comfortable picking up ambiguous problems, forming a point of view, and driving forward without waiting to be told how.
  • Fast learner with genuine curiosity - energized by new domains, willing to experiment, and quick to apply what they have learned.
  • Exceptional presentation skills - able to distill complex topics into clear, compelling narratives for any audience, from technical teams to C-suite executives. This is a non-negotiable for the role.
  • Builds trust across partners, clients, and internal stakeholders with equal ease.
  • Influences without authority - essential in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Highly organized; thrives under pressure with multiple overlapping priorities.

What’s in it for you?

This is a high-visibility role with direct access to senior leadership and meaningful influence over a strategic company priority. You will work across Partner Sales, Professional Services, and Product - building something new rather than maintaining the status quo.

In your first year, success looks like: a functioning Partner Delivery Methodology in use with active partners, a clean SOW process for the Essentials portfolio, and at least one critical program delivered on time. From there, the scope grows with the partner ecosystem.

Join an ever-growing, market-disrupting global company where the teams - comprised of the best of the best - work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment. As the market leader, every day at NiCE is a chance to learn and grow, with endless internal career opportunities across roles, disciplines, domains, and locations.

Enjoy NiCE-FLEX!

At NiCE, we work according to the NiCE-FLEX hybrid model: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote each week. Office days focus on face-to-face collaboration, ideation, and relationship-building.

Lead Remote Posted about 20 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Grafana Labs, the company behind the open observability cloud, is founded on the principles of open source, open standards, open ecosystems, and open culture. Grafana Cloud, our fully managed observability platform, is flexible and built for scale. With Grafana Cloud’s actually useful AI, organizations can see, understand, and act on all their disparate data to move at the speed of their ambitions. Today, more than 35 million users and 7,000+ customers – including Anthropic, Bloomberg, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Salesforce – trust Grafana Labs to ensure reliability of their applications and systems, resolve incidents quickly, and optimize their telemetry to reduce noise and cost. We are a 100% remote company with 1,600+ team members across 40+ countries, and we’re backed by leading investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sequoia Capital, GIC, Coatue, J.P. Morgan, CapitalG, and Lead Edge Capital. Learn more at grafana.com and follow us on LinkedIn and X.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.

You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.

This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applicants located in Canadian time zones (EST + CST highly preferred at this time).

Staff Backend Engineer - Platform SysEng

The Opportunity:

Grafana Cloud moves millions of metrics, log lines, and traces per second from our customers’ environments into a highly available, low-latency stack that processes and stores this data, and serves them to dashboards and alerting tools. We aim to grow this to hundreds of millions per second, and it’s critical that as we grow, we improve our performance, increase our reliability, and, of course, do it efficiently and effectively.

The Internal Engineering Platform (IEP) delivered by the Platform department provides application engineers with the tools, systems and Kubernetes clusters they need to build, deploy and run their workloads. Platform roles at Grafana Labs have an eye for engineers with a passion for performance and reliability, and who enjoy taking projects from conception to production. We organize ourselves into squads to allow focus on: cloud infrastructure and capacity management; security; engineering productivity; monitoring and sustainability; and US Federal compliance.

Because we deploy production services, we have on-call rotations to ensure the health of the system. Everyone at Grafana Labs tries to incorporate and use our product line up into their day-to-day, so being on call is an important way to understand our system and how people use our products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

We are hiring for the Platform SysEng squad. This is an accelerated, cross-cutting squad that is focused on the maturity and scalability of the platform. Currently, SysEng is working across engineering with a goal of reducing new region build timelines to meet customer demands.

We’re part of a Platform Engineering group that manages infrastructure for the teams that are building some of the most cherished tools - Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Pyroscope to name a few.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • You enjoy working with engineers, as well as with the management structures that are there to support you and enable you and your team to do your very best.
  • You are comfortable working in a remote-first company; communication is key. For us, working together means being collaborative, friendly, kind, and respectful. We operate by consensus, you can contribute to a discussion but then commit to the team decision.
  • As such, being such a highly distributed company, means we would love someone who is keen on working with distributed systems, too.
  • You are eager to learn and grow. There is a lot of room for growth and development, and the team has quite a lot of knowledge to share for those who are wanting to learn.
  • You approach development holistically. The team owns the full life cycle of our code; from writing design docs, to looking at developer feedback, and integration testing. We appreciate engineers who enjoy looking at the big picture, and also notice the details of the brush strokes. The Platform team mainly works with Go, Python, and Shell.
  • You have experience with operating your code. Since a lot of operators and developers use our software, having some grounding in both of these spaces really helps us with building better platforms for our users.

We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always paired with strong code review and quality standards. You’ll also have access to frontier models (e.g., GPT-Codex 5⁄3, Claude Opus 4.6, Gemini 3 Pro).

Requirements:

  • Proven delivery of large distributed systems. Experience shipping and operating complex systems that span multiple teams, with clear evidence of technical leadership and impact.
  • Demonstrable experience in system design. Deep understanding of tradeoffs around latency, consistency, availability, scaling and cost.
  • Hands-on cloud and platform experience. Solid experience with cloud-native architectures (microservices, containers/Kubernetes, IaC) and the operational practices that keep them healthy.
  • Reliability and performance ownership. Comfortable defining SLOs/SLIs, doing capacity planning, tuning performance, and driving reliability work end-to-end.
  • Excellent coding and design skills. You write clear, maintainable, well-tested code and can lead technical designs — we use Go, but Python/C/C++/Rust or similar translate well.
  • Comfort with AI-assisted development. We embrace AI and agentic development so we expect you to be curious and comfortable using AI-powered developer tools and ideally have practical experience folding them into a team’s workflow.
  • Influence without authority. Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders, set priorities and drive outcomes in a remote-first environment.
  • Strong communicator. Clear written and verbal communication that works across engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Points For:

  • You’ve worked in or on open source, or other community-based projects previously. At Grafana Labs, “OSS is in our DNA”.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes scheduling and projects like Karpenter.
  • Terraform and/or Crossplane experience. We have mixed usage - each has its strengths.
  • Experience with Tanka and/or Jsonnet.

Compensation & Rewards:

In Canada, the Base compensation range for this role is CAD 186,368- CAD 223,642. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed here.

All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs’ success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.

*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

Why You’ll Thrive at Grafana Labs:

  • Balance is Key - We operate a global annual leave policy of 30 days per annum. 3 days of your annual leave entitlement are reserved for Grafana Shutdown Days to allow the team to really disconnect. *We will comply with local legislation where applicable.

HR Head of HR Operations and Systems at Ashby

Head of HR Operations and Systems builds out the HR Operations function, manages people technology systems, drives process improvements, and scales HR practices as the company grows.

Lead Posted about 20 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Head of HR Operations and Systems

Overview

You’re a great Human Resources Operations and Systems Leader who is so passionate about the day to day work of HR Operations that you’re willing to join an early stage company to build out the HR Ops function by doing all the dirty work yourself for a long period of time. You’re likely especially willing because this role gets you behind the curtain of HR technology, enabling you to geek out at the intersection of People technology, process and data. You care so deeply about operational excellence, company efficiency and system enabled employee experience, that it makes you outspoken compared to the majority of HR Ops professionals and you would relish constantly experimenting with better ways to do HR Operations. This role will initially have one report, our recruiting operations lead.

About the Role

Hi 👋🏼 I’m Jim, the VP of People and Talent at Ashby. I’ve been lucky enough in my career to have been in roles that change the landscape of TA technology we use every day, been exposed to massive hiring data sets and been tasked with reimagining TA processes across a wide range of company scales. I joined Ashby to continue this work and to be a disruptor in how companies hire and support great people.

I’m looking for a thought partner on the HR Operations and Systems side of our People function and we’re at the scale now that will support that role. To be clear, this role is in our internal People team, not a customer facing role in our Professional Services team, however, I expect you will still end up speaking to customers and prospective customers!

This role will be the foundation of how we scale the next iterations of Ashby as a company. You will be expected to review all our existing People practices and drive the right change for what we need now, what we will be and beyond. That change will include low level polish (think template editing and creation) to process change, systems implementation, data analytics, and of course, documentation. You’ll be an expert at communicating change too, able to influence change across the company while driving innovation in our tech stack and processes.

This role will evolve based on the growth of Ashby, so comfort with ambiguity is important. This is not your run of the mill HR Ops role, instead you’ll become an expert on our world class people technology suite, be the internal change agent I described above and an external thought leader. You will be called upon to chat with customers, with Product Managers, to talk at conferences and to write compelling content for an audience of People professionals and Hiring Managers.

Why you should or shouldn’t apply

HR Operations encompasses many different types of work. Not all of which you’ll ever do in this role. The following list will help you decide if this role is for you

  • You’re first-hand experienced with our product and excited by the power it offers Talent Acquisition teams and are intrigued by where else in the People tech stack we might take the company. You don’t have to have had Ashby experience, but it will help.

  • You love exceptional process, technology and people

  • You have excellent communication skills – we value clear and concise communication

  • You understand myriad stakeholders and their motivations (what matters to a Head of Department may be distinct from what matters to an individual contributor; you can help each achieve their goals)

  • You’re willing to drive solutions from the simple (e.g. help solve an onboarding issue) to the complex (e.g. integration of disparate systems)

  • You are have high standards and are comfortable holding others accountable and setting clear expectations, especially relevant as it pertains to securing alignment across stakeholders

  • You have a high level of empathy for our employees – their pain is our pain

  • You can feedback in a way that keeps internal teams focused on the customer experience (in turn shaping our product roadmap) for you are also a customer

  • You are excited to shape our HR Operations and systems team as the first leader and by this point in this JD your brain already has a vision of what you’ll do

You might not be a great fit if:

  • You prefer defined structure and are not excited by ambiguity or amorphous opportunities

  • You prefer to spend your time focused on one or two priorities and are not comfortable context switching across several focus areas

  • You are uneasy holding customers accountable or otherwise serving as arbitrator when competing opinions are presented

  • You have difficulty setting boundaries and tend to default to a ‘yes’ stance

  • You are not interested in a supporting role where you take on less interesting or visible work alongside the really fun stuff

  • You haven’t led an experienced team before

You need a team to do the work. This is, and will be for quite some time, a small but experienced team of ~2.

Examples of things you’ll work on:

  • Systems

    • Managing all HR Systems. Defining what we require and why, externally and internally, for our unique People tech stack.
  • Reporting

    • Building a full suite of reports and dashboards that use Ashby’s analytical capability to the maximum as well as that of other tools
  • Process Improvement

    • Continuous improvement is critical and we want to challenge the status quo, not just for ourselves but to experiment publicly with what’s possible.
  • Performance Management

    • Create and operationalize performance review processes and develop frameworks for evaluating and growing talent.
  • New Initiatives:

    • Lead employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, build out our knowledge base, learning & development programs, and other people-focused programs.
  • Partnering closely with the Product Team to distill your observations into tangible feedback. To help scale your efforts, we’ll aim to resolve pain points and increase your influence with documentation; you’ll be able to contribute on both of these fronts as the Voice of the Customer with a pedagogical slant

    • You’ll be involved in early deployment and testing of features whilst ensuring all new functionality is effectively utilized internally after release
  • Compliance

    • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Support audits and reporting requirements, and help develop training and communication to keep the organization aligned with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Operational Efficiency

    • Automation, AI deployment and efficient processes are critical to how we will scale Ashby. Your role will be to help ensure maximum impact of potential efficiency gains

Interview Process

  • Hiring Manager interview with Jim - 45 minutes

  • Meet a Founder - 30 minutes with Benji

  • Take Home Assignment and Presentation with Jim and Benji

  • Final Panel:

    • Sales Leader Interview with Mike - 30 minutes

    • Finance and Data Interview with Shane and Kevin - 30 minutes

    • Technical interview - with Abhik 30 minutes

    • Leadership Interview with Kelsey - 30 minutes

Your Recruiter Your Recruiter will be me! I will be your main point of contact and I’ll help prepare you for interviews.

What this role involves

About the Company

Gemini is a global crypto and Web3 platform founded by Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss in 2014, offering a wide range of simple, reliable, and secure crypto products and services to individuals and institutions in over 70 countries. Our mission is to unlock the next era of financial, creative, and personal freedom by providing trusted access to the decentralized future. We envision a world where crypto reshapes the global financial system, internet, and money to create greater choice, independence, and opportunity for all — bridging traditional finance with the emerging cryptoeconomy in a way that is more open, fair, and secure. As a publicly traded company, Gemini is poised to accelerate this vision with greater scale, reach, and impact.

The Department: Trading Systems

The Role: Staff Software Engineer (Post-Trade Data)

As an engineer on the Trading Systems team, you’ll architect and solve complex problems that will directly influence the direction of the digital asset space. There’s a wide range of problems to solve at Gemini—from properly securing millions of dollars worth of customer funds, to developing innovative new blockchain products, to shaving microseconds off our API response times. We have a strong culture of code reviews, and a focus on security, with the end goal of writing and shipping high-quality code by getting things right the first time. We want to continue building the best product we can as we scale and grow our business. If you get excited about solving technical challenges that directly impact our customers, clients, and the rest of the Gemini team, we’d love to hear from you.

We are seeking a high-caliber Staff Software Engineer to join our Trading Systems team in Singapore, specifically anchoring our Post-Trade Data stream. In this role, you will be a technical leader responsible for shaping our end-to-end data story. You will solve complex architecture challenges for both near real-time and historical data systems, driving our data landscape strategy forward while ensuring our operational posture remains bulletproof. The ideal candidate is a versatile hybrid—someone with deep, specialized data engineering expertise who is also a well-rounded, hands-on software engineer capable of guiding a tight-knit team.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership & Strategy: Provide technical direction and mentorship to the local engineering team; own the technical roadmap for the post-trade data stream, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high-quality engineering standards.
  • Data Architecture: Design, build, and optimize robust systems to process, store, and serve critical near real-time and historical post-trade data.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Drive key strategic data projects, including the integration and optimization of modern technologies like StarRocks to elevate our analytical capabilities.
  • Feature Development: Develop new products and product features on the Gemini platform, working as part of a tight-knit team of two to eight developers.
  • Code Quality & Security: Review other software engineers’ code for correctness, style, and information security concerns. Engage in refactoring and upgrade projects to continuously improve the codebase.
  • Testing & Operations: Write automated tests and work with our QA team to ensure system correctness. Oversee general functionality of risk systems, implement advanced monitoring tools, and maintain a strong operational posture for the post-trade data

pipeline.

  • Incident & Issue Management: Identify, coordinate, and manage resolution efforts on processing usage and data bottlenecks, owning technical issues through to resolution.
  • Project Delivery: Plan and coordinate project implementation efforts, estimate work schedules, and make well-reasoned technical tradeoffs based on business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 8 years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record of acting as a technical lead or senior architect.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in at least one backend language. We use mostly Scala and C++ on our backend and TypeScript on the frontend—it’s great if you’re comfortable in those or if you’re willing to learn.
  • Data Engineering Expertise: Heavy hands-on experience in the big data ecosystem, specifically working with distributed processing frameworks like Apache Flink and Apache Spark.
  • Execution & Collaboration: The ability to work closely across cross-functional teams, manage complex dependencies, and handle multiple competing priorities in collaboration with peers.
  • Mindset: A customer and product-focused mindset, with the ability to balance speed and quality without compromising on security or operational stability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Deep work experience or knowledge of the finance industry, payments, exchange systems, or electronic trading systems.
  • Crypto & Blockchain: Experience working with or being a power user of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and/or blockchain technology.
  • OLAP Technologies: Experience with next-generation OLAP databases (such as StarRocks, ClickHouse, or Apache Pinot) for real-time analytics is a massive plus.

It Pays to Work Here

We take a holistic approach to compensation at Gemini, which includes:

  • Comprehensive health plans covered at 100% for employees and dependents
  • Long-term incentive in the form of a new hire equity grant
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Competitive paid time off

In Singapore, we have a hybrid work policy. Employees are expected to work from the office part of the week. We believe our hybrid approach increases productivity through more in-person collaboration where possible.

At Gemini, we strive to build diverse teams that reflect the people we want to empower through our products, and we are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status. Healthcare Full time Telehealth Physician, Lead at Wider Circle

Leads and oversees a telehealth physician program, conducting virtual patient visits and providing clinical oversight, training, and quality assurance for a growing clinical team.

Lead Hybrid Posted about 20 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Wider Circle

Wider Circle is a mission-driven healthcare organization working to improve health outcomes for older adults and complex populations by addressing social and clinical barriers to care. Through trusted relationships and community-based support, we partner with health plans and local organizations to help members navigate healthcare, stay engaged in care, and live healthier lives.

We are launching a permanent clinical program that integrates physicians, care navigators, and community support teams to create a coordinated, human approach to care — and we’re looking for a physician leader to help build it.

About the Role

We are seeking a multi-state licensed physician to serve as our Telehealth Physician Lead, providing clinical oversight, quality assurance, and hands-on leadership for our growing telehealth care program. Reporting to the VP of Care Delivery, you will own clinical execution and iteration — conducting virtual visits, leading, training and overseeing a team of physicians, and continuously refining workflows to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.

This is a hybrid clinical-leadership role: part practicing telehealth physician, part program builder. You’ll see patients yourself, facilitate community-based appointments, and set the standard for how our clinical team operates. After initial visits, ongoing support is provided by a care team including Community Health Workers and Licensed Clinical Social Workers, allowing clinicians to focus on clinical guidance rather than longitudinal case management.

This role is ideal for physicians interested in innovative care delivery, telehealth, community health, and population health models that extend beyond traditional office-based practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct initial telehealth visits with enrolled members, assessing medical needs, care gaps, and barriers to accessing care
  • Build and develop a high-performing clinical team, providing mentorship and professional development to foster long-term growth and leadership within the organization
  • Establish clear clinical plans and care priorities, and collaborate with the care team for smooth handoffs
  • Clinical oversight and QA: Audit clinical documentation to ensure compliance with community health billing and program requirements, and that social-determinants sequencing is logical and actionable
  • Physician training and management: Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for our physician team — onboard new clinicians, deliver feedback, lead re-training, and ensure alignment with company values
  • Appointment and workflow management: Help structure scheduling, intake, SMA logistics, and clinical workflows to scale efficiently across markets
  • Policy iteration: Identify broken processes in the field and rapidly iterate on clinical policies, intake forms, and care plan templates
  • Metric stewardship: Track and report on key clinical KPIs including ER diversion rates, care gap closures, and SDoH resolution
  • Partner with Area Managers and LCSWs to bridge medical providers and Community Health Workers, ensuring the team operates as a unified care engine
  • Provide clinical insight to refine program workflows as we scale

What You Bring

  • MD or DO with active, unrestricted licensure in multiple states (Pennsylvania, California, Arizona, Texas, South Carolina, New Mexico, New Jersey, Tennessee required, additional state licenses strongly preferred )
  • Board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related primary care specialty
  • Experience managing or providing oversight to other clinicians (MD/DO/NP/PA), including delivering constructive feedback
  • Deep understanding of community health, and Social Determinants of Health (SDoH)
  • Experience with group visit models strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience using data to improve clinical quality and auditing documentation for compliance
  • Comfort working with Medicare, Medicaid, and complex populations
  • Telehealth experience required
  • “Fixer” DNA: comfortable identifying bottlenecks and bringing proposed solutions, not just problems
  • Startup agility: excited to help write the manual as we scale, rather than waiting for a finished one
  • Tech-fluent: navigates EHRs, Slack, and Google Suite easily and can train others
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly in a virtual setting

As a venture-backed company, Wider Circle offers competitive compensation, including:

  • Comprehensive health coverage, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k) Plan
  • Paid Time Off
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Health Care FSA
  • Dependent Care FSA
  • Health Savings Account
  • Voluntary Disability Benefits
  • Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
  • Adoption Assistance Program
  • Training and Development
  • $175,000 - $210,000

Why This Role Is Different

This isn’t a traditional panel-based practice, and it isn’t a pure administrative role either. You’ll practice telehealth, oversee other physicians, and help shape a new model of community-based care for vulnerable populations — all while a dedicated support team carries out the ongoing engagement.

If you’re a physician who wants to improve care for vulnerable populations while building something new in a flexible, innovative care model, we’d love to connect.

Project Management Lead Services Program Manager at NiCE

Lead services program manager who oversees partner delivery ecosystem, manages professional services sales, and drives program scalability for AI-powered financial crime solutions.
